Assuming global expertise is a chimera, we created in a decade an organizational model based on synergies between expert companies focusing on their sharp expertise, whether Business functional or technical.

In the big picture, they all fit together as puzzle pieces, each bringing the outstanding value of focused expertise.

All together, they offer our clients an unmatched value proposition to address their transformation and innovation needs, in fields such as: Digital Transformation, Cybersecurity, Blockchain, Risk Management, Business Intelligence, Market Finance, Process and Change Management, Cloud Architecture and IT Infrastructure Management, Supply Chain, Purchasing, HR, Marketing, Communication, and more!

Our model

Acting as a sparring partner, Alan Allman Associates not only coaches the CEOs of the ecosystem’s companies (mostly consulting firms) helping them to define the key milestones of a sustainable yet ambitious strategy of growth, but also supports the management in the daily development of each company and the back-office ops.

All 26 brands, each with a valuation between 1 and 30 million euros, self-sustain a network of dynamic relationships, with high added value business complementarity.

Our engagement

Our goal is to provide the right combination of advice and support to all our companies for them to find the right fit and the best connections within the big picture and thus reveal their true business potential. In addition, Alan Allman Associates comes-up with unique career opportunities for each and everyone offering ecosystem mobility and quick evolution. People working in our networked companies find here an extra motivation and a true will to undertake long term innovative projects.

An Ethics manifesto as a frame for operations

An Ethics manifesto binds the principles and common reference bodies of the ecosystem. It is enforced by the Supervisory Committee and clearly explains all rules and values to be shared by the various companies.

Alan Allman’s policy ensures that all activities of network members match with high standards of honesty, integrity and professionalism. Only these values make it possible to maintain the trust required by all partners towards the member companies of this organization. Our ethics approach also encompasses an ambitious CSR policy
