Alan Allman Associates Academy, which specializes in training and career management within the Alan Allman Associates ecosystem, is recognized as a training entity in its own right by French training organizations.
In 2023, the Academy recorded 89,604 training hours, a significant increase from 36,881 hours in 2022. Of these, 66.37% were certified training, reflecting a 61.25% rise from the previous year. The Academy is Qualiopi-certified.
The Academy’s mission is to nurture talent throughout the employee’s career. It offers a comprehensive range of services, including customized certification and diploma programs for consultants, with both in-person and online courses, while supporting their professional development.
The online platform, APU (Allman Professional University), complements the company’s hybrid continuing education offerings with over 4,000 e-learning courses.
In 2024, Alan Allman Associates Academy will further its commitment to innovation and skill development by providing 100% of its talent training in artificial intelligence (AI). This initiative aims to prepare employees to tackle future challenges and leverage opportunities arising from technological advancements.

Furthermore, the online university, developed within the ecosystem, serves as a comprehensive learning platform offering over 4,000 certification courses in partnership with world-renowned institutions such as Berkeley, MIT, Harvard, Oxford, the Sorbonne, and Yale. This strategic initiative equips collaborators with the skills needed to elevate their expertise and accelerate their professional development.
For the eighth consecutive year, the Alan Allman Associates ecosystem has received the HappyIndex®AtWork 2024 label and is ranked 3rd worldwide among companies with over 500 employees in terms of “best places to work.”
