The ambition of Alan Allman Associates’ Organization & Quality Division is to become the sole reference for all structuring initiatives within the ecosystem and firms, both in France and internationally, as well as the guarantor of certifications and labels.

By managing the Center of Excellence, the Organization & Quality Division ensures not only the overall coherence of initiatives but also their strategic alignment, while remaining firmly committed to customer satisfaction and achieving operational excellence.

A Framework Serving Everyone

The global framework and its elements provide firms with a solid foundation to support their development. This year, the ISO 9001 certification was renewed for the firms Alpha2F, Althéa, Argain Consulting Innovation, Dynafin, GDG, Satisco, Victrix, we+, as well as for the partner functions. This certification is complemented by the ISO 10001 standard, which highlights the firms’ commitment to enhancing and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Additionally, three firms – Victrix, Data eXcellence, and Ited – have obtained the ISO 27001 certification, demonstrating their commitment to strengthening cybersecurity, protecting personal data, and ensuring the confidentiality of information processed within their scope.
