Priorities for 2024

1. Internationalization of customers

Alan Allman Associates leverages its global presence to generate value and opportunities for its clients. With teams on every continent, we ensure 24/7 availability to meet our customers’ needs.

2. Artificial intelligence

By 2024, all our nearly 3,800 talents had received training in ChatGPT. At the same time, several of our firms, such as Althéa, Humans4Help and Victrix, have developed advanced expertise in the field of artificial intelligence for the benefit of our customers. These projects are centralized in the center of excellence and shared by all.

3. Internationalization of brands and offerings

We promote the creation of excellence-based offerings with an international reach. In 2024, the ecosystem is accelerating the convergence of certain brands to reinforce its strategy and offer globally recognized expertise.

Strategic initiatives for the future

The Center of Excellence is also committed to responsible and sustainable practices, in line with CSR objectives, and by obtaining recognized certifications (Ecovadis, HAW CSAT, ISO 9001). These mutual investments, based on the sharing of best practices, enable Alan Allman Associates to support its customers in a framework of sustainable growth and enhanced performance. Led by the Organization & Quality department, it is fully in line with the ecosystem’s structuring projects and strategic ambitions.
