The Legal Department is at their side every day, advising them and helping them to build a sustainable business model that complies with ever-changing legislation. Beyond this role of support, our duty is also to protect these managers in the day-to-day running of their business.
For us, it’s a truly exciting challenge to help them realize their projects while protecting their interests.

We work closely with all internal and external teams, particularly during acquisition and financing transactions, from the signing of NDAs to the integration of companies, as well as their ongoing support once integrated. It’s always a pleasure to meet and talk with these new companies.
During integrations, we provide teams with essential legal support in matters of corporate governance, contract review and negotiation, employment law, immigration, commercial insurance, compliance, dispute prevention and/or management, etc.
