Alan Allman Associates’ CSR policy covers seven major issues to which the ecosystem is committed:

1

Contribute to increasing customer value

As part of the ISO 9001 certification process, 1,260 customers of ecosystem firms were surveyed according to international NPS standards in 2023. The results indicate that 63.9% of them are promoters. This process helps us pinpoint areas for improvement, reinforcing our commitments and ensuring excellence for our customers.

2

Innovating and developing skills

At the core of its priorities, the Alan Allman Associates ecosystem fosters skills development and innovation through its in-house training organization, the Alan Allman Associates Academy. In 2023, the academy delivered 89,604 hours of training, with 66.37% being certifiable. Additionally, the APU online university offers 4,000 courses in collaboration with prestigious universities such as Berkeley, MIT, Harvard, Oxford, Sorbonne, and Yale.

3

Ensuring employees’ well-being at work

Since its founding, Alan Allman Associates has placed people at the heart of its ecosystem. Established in 2009, the ecosystem is dedicated to creating a human-centered consulting environment. Actions to improve are driven by the measurement of employee well-being.

4

Adopt a responsible purchasing policy

The Alan Allman Associates ecosystem is dedicated to enforcing a responsible purchasing policy, incorporating economic, social, and environmental criteria into all its business relationships. Building on past successes, such as over 80% of its independent subcontractors adhering to its CSR Charter, the ecosystem successfully introduced a Supplier Charter in 2021. This initiative strengthens its commitment to sustainable and ethical practices, ensuring that all collaborations align with the ecosystem’s values.

5

Promoting equity and equality within the ecosystem

The shift in engineering professions towards consulting promotes equity within the firms of the Alan Allman Associates ecosystem. Beyond regulatory compliance, the ecosystem is reinforcing its commitment to combating discrimination by adopting recruitment and remuneration processes based on skills rather than gender or disability. Ecovadis has awarded the ecosystem a Bronze rating with an average score of 60 out of 100, placing it among the top 35% of sustainable development performers in France.

6

Reducing environmental impact

The ecosystem’s environmental impacts are clearly identified: site, travel, and waste. Environmental criteria guide site selection, focusing on accessibility and energy compliance. Since joining the Global Compact, Alan Allman Associates has been reducing its impact through the Bilan Carbone project with TOOVALU. Since December 2021, the ecosystem has also endorsed the Responsible Digital Charter to promote more sustainable and ethical digital practices.
